Tracy won her place in the Property Investor Magazine’s Top Ten Property Specialists in 2017 for demonstrating her excellence in real estate, and has won numerous business and women in business awards including the 2018 REIQ Community Service Award and two Gold Stevie Awards at the 2019 International Stevie Awards for Women in Business.
Tracy enjoys building positive client relationships and has become a trusted partner in hundreds of property transactions since 1998. Her depth of knowledge about all facets of real estate and her exceptional level of service is why much of her business is repeat and referred clients. Tracy always maintains a positive attitude, focusing on ongoing communication and a 100% successful outcome every time. She is committed to protecting her client’s best interests throughout every step of this exciting journey.
Mike has over 25 years experience in all aspects of residential property, including over $40 million in personal property transactions. His experience includes building a high growth, blue chip property portfolio in Victoria and Queensland and has undertaken numerous renovations ranging from cosmetic renovations to extensive alterations, additions and new home construction. He has experience in completing his own sub-divisions and has also built 5 large, luxury new homes in Brisbane.
Mike has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) and has had a successful career in the corporate sector working in Engineering and Senior Management for some of the worlds largest Engineering companies from 1996 until 2017. His engineering experience includes detailed design, construction, project management and management. He also has post graduate qualifications in Building and Construction and Frontline Management. This has enabled Mike to have a thorough understanding of residential design, construction and investment.
Mike’s extensive experience in engineering, construction and property enables him to adopt a methodical approach to purchasing properties and maximising their potential. He has managed teams of up to 40 people and always seeks to create an inspired and high performance culture. Mike always maintains a can do attitude and consistently finds solutions whilst always conducting business with a high degree of integrity.
Giselle Kramer graduated law school here in Queensland with Honours from QUT and was admitted to the practice of law in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2002. With degrees in both business and law, Giselle has worked in private practice and the corporate sector over the course of her career.
She has first hand experience in property development having assisted in the completion of over $100,000,000 worth of property developments. In addition Giselle has acted as general counsel, as well as in an advisory capacity on the board of both public and private proprietary limited companies.
I’m Naomi Carrick, and I bring over a decade of experience in operations and administration. Throughout my career journey, I’ve honed my skills and expertise to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.
My passion for providing top-notch service stems from a deep understanding of the intricate dynamics involved in customer interactions and operational management. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to work with diverse teams allowing me to adapt and thrive in various environments.
