The Brief
An interstate investor with a love for the Gold Coast wanted to find an investment property with high rental yields to start their portfolio. There was a large possibility that our client would move into the property at some point into the future.
The Strategy
As properties in the Gold Coast were scarce at the time, we cast the net across a few suburbs and tapped into as many opportunities as we could.
The Property
A luxurious three-bedroom townhouse in a predominantly owner-occupied boutique complex. Situated less than 5km from the nearest beach, this townhouse also had a wrap-around deck and expansive private backyard.
The Suburb
Coombabah is still widely unknown but is a local hotspot in the Gold Coast. Less than 20 minutes from Surfer’s Paradise Boulevard and surrounded by a plethora of amenities including Gold Coast City Hospital, Griffith University South Port Campus and Harbour Town.
