The Brief
This couple from interstate phoned after a visit to the Sunshine State. They saw an opportunity to purchase a great development site but did not know it’s potential.
The Strategy
Conduct research into the block. Contact town planners, house demolition experts, tree specialists and Brisbane City Council to ascertain what was possible. There were some mature trees on the block so it was important that I found out whether they were part of a protected vegetation order.
The Property
The property was on a large 1477 sqm flat block. This deceased estate was in one of the streets in Rochedale South.known for its larger lifestyle blocks. Sunningdale Ave has a lovely mix of the originals as well as the brand new.

Rochedale South is a northern residential suburb of Logan City Council, 19 km south of Brisbane CBD, Australia. It borders Rochedale, Eight Mile Plains, Priestdale, Springwood and Underwood.
